We love Shane Persinger!! We arrived in Florence, Oregon not knowing a soul and looking for our retirement dream, a Pacific Northwest coastal home. Since we didn't know any realtors in the area, we decided to go to an open house, and if we liked the realtor hosting the open house, we would seek his assistance in finding a home. That's how we met Shane. As soon as the open house was over, and at the spur of the moment, Shane made himself available to us the rest of that day to show us homes. We were immediately comfortable with Shane; he was so accomodating. He truly sought to understand our needs and dreams for a home and never interjected his own agenda. When we narrowed our search to a couple of neighborhoods in Florence, Shane did not hesitate to drive out from Eugene to show us homes there. When we found the home that we wanted to make an offer for, Shane talked us through the entire process as the process was much different in Oregon than it was in West Virginia where we had bought our last house. Shane advocated for us through the entire process, and we felt confident with him on our side. Shane took care of everything in the most professional way, and we would recommend him in a heartbeat! And if our housing needs change in the future, we will be calling Shane!

Shane started working as a Realtor/Broker in 2002. Since being licensed Shane has achieved 6 designations, making him a very well rounded agent. His primary focus has always been on creating wealth through building equity. In his first few years he focused on rentals and multifamily investments, now he teaches investors his technique on analyzing investments.
